Under 13 Player Development
Programme
The under 13 Player Development Programme is the first steps on the Performance Pathway. Our aim is to provide training to athletes aged between 11 and 13 (School Year 7 and 8) who are identified as having potential for progressing along pathway.
The programme provides training sessions, focusing on individual development and not squads. The programme expectation is that athletes should gain competition experience through their clubs and schools.
